Our history
Outrigger Limited started trading in 2025. During the past 30 years our Director and Lead Consultant, Jason, has worked at a senior level within aviation and rail primarily in the catering and baggage services functions. Some highlights are:
- Airport and catering unit start-ups in the Caribbean, Canada, U.S.A, Africa. Operational start-up, training
- Operating Manual, SMS, policy, process and procedure creation--catering, baggage, ramp for global and local operations
- Training material creation, development and delivery (baggage and catering)
